CORE
This class is designed to take you through the basic Pilates moves to help improve posture by strengthening core muscles, stretching out tight ones and helping to reduce back pain. The focus in this class is control and technique.
ENERGY
Let us re-awaken your body and mind with this flowing, energising class which combines a great blend of stretching, strengthening and focus. This class will set you up for the rest of your day.
DYNAMIC
Want to work a bit harder? This class will keep you moving for the whole hour, building a strong, healthy body and calm mind from the inside out.
CLASSICAL
The classical matwork is viewed as the essence of the Pilates method and consists of 34 exercises repeated in the same sequence, and when performed from start to finish develops physical strength, stamina, muscular endurance, co-ordination as well as physical and mental control.
PRENATAL
Our Pregnancy class is for a maximum of 5 mum's and is hugely beneficial to expectant mothers. Its not only a safe way to exercise during your pregnancy but works at strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, prepares you for the birth and post pregnancy and gives the mothers a little bit of "me time" Visit our blog for more information on Pregnancy Pilates
TEACHERS
Our FREE “teachers” class is an opportunity for teachers of Pilates and Yoga to come together for inspiration and to give their own bodies a little bit of attention and love. Be prepared to teach! At the beginning of each class a teacher will be picked at random to teach the class, the rest will receive their free class. Enjoy!
MEDITATION
Meditation offers endless benefits to daily life enhancing perception for positive living, with the support of a teacher and a regular class, you can integrate the practice in all aspects of both working and personal life. It helps to shift heavy moods into lighter ones, releasing tension, balancing the nervous system and allow energy to flow easier for deeper relaxation. This class is for all levels of ability.
